Message from Vice-Principal
It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to Sherwood College of Professional Management, Lucknow, an institution committed to academic excellence, holistic development, and preparing students for the challenges of a dynamic professional world. Associated with the Department of Business Administration since 2019, I have had the privilege of serving as Vice-Principal, Admission Head, and Assistant Professor, with a constant focus on nurturing knowledge, confidence, leadership, creativity, ethical values, and responsibility among students. At Sherwood, we believe that education extends beyond classroom learning; therefore, we combine conceptual knowledge with practical exposure through seminars, workshops, guest lectures, research activities, industrial interactions, presentations, cultural programmes, and other co-curricular initiatives. As Admission Head, I also endeavour to guide students and parents in selecting programmes that best match their interests, abilities, and career aspirations.
My academic journey, including a Ph.D. in Management from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, and qualification of the UGC-NET in Management, has strengthened my belief in continuous learning, research, and innovation. My areas of academic interest include marketing, consumer behaviour, social media and influencer marketing, finance and investment behaviour, digital payments, entrepreneurship, and emerging business practices. At Sherwood, our aim is to develop students into competent professionals, responsible citizens, and confident individuals by providing an environment that promotes discipline, values, communication skills, teamwork, creativity, and leadership.
I warmly welcome all prospective students and their parents to become a part of the Sherwood family, and I am confident that, with the collective efforts of our faculty, management, students, parents, alumni, and industry associates, we will continue to create meaningful opportunities for academic and professional growth.
